Ultrasonic cleaner accessories should help you load, handle and inspect your parts consistently. Start with the accessories specified for the exact machine. A basket that almost fits, or a container chosen only because it holds the item, can create avoidable loading and handling problems.
Start with a correctly sized basket
Compare the basket’s usable internal dimensions and stated load limit with your parts. Check the working liquid depth after the basket is installed, and leave the clearance required by the manual. The tank’s advertised capacity does not describe the space available inside a suspended basket.

Which accessories solve which problem?

Check the complete loading arrangement
Ask for drawings or dimensions when buying a replacement accessory. “Fits a three-liter cleaner” is less useful than an exact compatibility list. For unusual parts, describe the whole batch to the supplier, including weight, shapes and the desired orientation.
Consider removal as well as immersion. Plan where a wet basket will rest and how the operator will transfer parts for the next stage. Do not use an accessory to exceed the equipment’s fill level, load limit or intended process.
Beakers and lids need model-specific instructions
An indirect-cleaning arrangement is not simply an arbitrary jar placed in the tank. Confirm the approved container and support with the equipment manufacturer. It does not override restrictions on chemicals or flammable liquids.
Use the correct lid as instructed; do not improvise a sealed pressure cover. Check the manual’s guidance for handling hot solution and components before opening or unloading the machine.
Brushes are for separate handling steps
A brush is not a tool for stirring an operating ultrasonic bath. Branson explicitly advises against stirring during operation. Follow the machine’s instructions for stopping the process before manual handling, and keep hands out of an operating bath.
If pre-cleaning or manual cleaning is needed, select tools compatible with the item and use them as a separate, approved step. Do not assume a stiff brush is harmless to a coating or polished surface.
Buy the minimum useful kit
Make a checklist of included and separately purchased accessories before comparing prices. Start with the loading support and handling equipment your process actually requires. Add specialist fixtures only when they solve an identified problem and have been checked with representative parts.
